Connect Legal Partners is seeking an immigration attorney with 3–7 years of employment-based experience to handle O1 and EB1A petitions. You will work directly with clients, manage a growing caseload, and own ownership of your work in a fast-paced, early-stage setting.

The role offers fully remote work, early-stage equity, and real ownership of your contributions, with salary in the $105K–$150K range and a strong focus on visa and green card processes.

Formación

The role

You will manage a caseload of employment based immigration matters, with a focus on O1 and EB1A petitions, and work directly with clients through the process. This is a role with real ownership, suited to someone who enjoys a fast paced, early stage setting. You may come from a case manager, paralegal or global mobility background. We will want to know how many O1 and EB1 cases you have handled and the size of your current caseload.
