Family & Children’s Services is seeking a Case Manager to support adults with severe mental illness in Tulsa, OK. You will assist with income, housing, transportation, and daily living needs, and educate clients through individual or group sessions.
The role includes crisis intervention, safety planning, and coordination of services across a multi-disciplinary team. On-site and telehealth options may be used as needed.
Applicants will have previous background working in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric facilities, criminal justice, home health, or similar settings. Strong candidates with a passion for helping individuals with severe mental illness will also be considered.
