Total Care Services, Inc. is seeking a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities access community resources and services.

The role is full-time with a competitive salary and bonus potential, and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates are case managers, social workers, or human services professionals who are passionate about serving IDD/DD populations and seeking growth within a mission-driven organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• 2+ years of case management or IDD/DD experience.
• Must reside in Maryland with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active car insurance.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field
• Degree must already be obtained
• 2+ years of case management experience
• OR
• 2+ years of experience working with the IDD/DD population
• Must live in Maryland
• Must have:
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Active car insurance
