Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a full-time Case Manager for our Posey County office. You will provide case management, skills training and therapeutic support in outpatient settings for adults and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with treatment teams. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and background checks are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with adults with mental health difficulties preferred.
• Background checks and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, skills training and development services.
• Coordinate referrals and attend collateral meetings with all treatment parties.
• Maintain records and reports within required time frames.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families and community agencies.
• Deliver emergency counseling and crisis intervention when needed.
