Unity House in Troy, NY is hiring a Case Manager for the Community Housing Assistance Program (CHAP). The role focuses on helping individuals experiencing homelessness access resources, stabilize their lives, and move toward permanent housing.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).

Responsibilities

Salary Range: $19.30 To $20.36 Hourly
