The Case Manager provides direct support services to veterans residing at Chambers Park, an independent living apartment complex serving veterans in Marion, Indiana,to promote housing stability, self-sufficiency, and successful community integration. This position requires an individual who can work independently, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience working in social services and with vulnerable populations.
