Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center is seeking a case manager to coordinate referrals, assess needs, and develop care plans for individuals. The role involves outreach and tracking services, with training to administer medications provided during orientation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM with a full-time benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, ERS retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off. A $2,000 retention bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years experience preferred, new grads considered.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle referrals, needs assessment, and care plan development.
• Perform outreach and implement and track services for individuals.
• Be willing to be trained to administer medications.
