Job summary

Northwest Alabama Mental Health Center is seeking a case manager to coordinate referrals, assess needs, and develop care plans for individuals. The role involves outreach and tracking services, with training to administer medications provided during orientation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM with a full-time benefits package including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, ERS retirement, paid holidays, and paid time off. A $2,000 retention bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years experience preferred, new grads considered.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ with insurable driving record.

*$2,000 RETENTION BONUS* The employee will receive half after completing 6 months of employment and the remaining half after 1 year of employment.

A case manager is responsible for referrals, needs assessment, care plan development, outreach, and implementing and tracking services for an individual. Must be willing to be trained to administer medications. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.

Requirements

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience is preferred, but a new graduate will be considered.
• Current/Valid driver’s license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+wpm.
• You will be required to complete MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) training.
• Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
