We are seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support our Case Managers by retrieving necessary documents for new and existing cases. Responsibilities may vary depending on the task at hand. Core duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling doctor appointments, sending reminders, and arranging transportation as needed.
  • Opening claims for incoming cases.
  • Running PL searches and obtaining 1P DEC pages.
  • Following up with third parties regarding liability and coverage.
  • Sending SR1 and SR19 forms as required.
  • Handling property damage claims and ensuring clients are compensated for lost property.
  • Obtaining witness statements and videos.
  • Conducting investigative searches (e.g., PL, Policy Search, TLO, ISO).
  • Scanning and saving documentation to the firm's system.
  • Sending appropriate correspondence to clients and drafting letters.
  • Requesting police reports on behalf of clients.
  • Maintaining communication with clients when the case manager is unavailable.
  • Providing general office support and building/maintaining case databases.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
