The former 'Standard Hotel', now The Delphi Hotel, has re-opened with a fresh, independent concept including a stunning new lobby and re-imagined F&B concepts. The original legendary LA rooftop pool, restaurant and bar experience will splash back onto the scene later this summer, fully renovated with a completely new vibe that will once again be the go-to spot in Downtown Los Angeles.
Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager - (Denae's Diner Restaurant)
Pay Range: $31.25 - 38.46 per hour. Must have the flexibility to work a changing schedule for misc. hotel private events as needed. Available to work special events either during the workweek evenings, weekend, overnights, and/or daytime hours. Working primarily overnight shifts, and other shifts, as need be. Looking for an experienced, fun and professional Assistant Restaurant Manager, with a welcoming presence along with current F&B Management work experience within a hotel restaurant/ food and beverage outlet envionment. Bilingual is plus!
Overview
The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting in the successful operation and administration of all food and beverage related departments to include restaurants, club room/lounge, and room service outlet. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager must ensure that the department is continually balanced while focusing on providing an exceptional food and beverage experience to every guest and maximizing department profitability at the same time. The Assistant of Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring that all food and beverage operations are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage, and provide feedback to the staff, supervisors, and managers daily.
