The Case Manager Assistant supports the case management department and office operations, working on phone calls, typing, and clerical tasks at Mendota Heights, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED Certificate and related education or experience outside of high school.
• Fluent receptive and expressive language; writing must be correct and professional.
• Typing 50 wpm, experience with Word and Excel; highly organized with strong time management and decision-making.
• Confidence, flexibility, self-direction; ability to handle unexpected demands and improve systems.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with staff to expedite case management tasks; handle phone calls, typing, and general office duties.
• In-person at Mendota Heights location, M-F 8am–5pm; maintain accurate records and documentation.
