AGING AND LONG TERM CARE OF EASTERN WASHINGTON is seeking a Case Manager Assistant to support Case Managers by gathering, documenting and managing client information, coordinating services and authorizing steps in ProviderOne. This role reports to the Case Manager Assistant Supervisor and involves travel within Spokane County.
The position requires one year of in-person human services experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
This position involves a variety of duties in support of Case Managers. This position gathers, documents and manages IP and client information using various computer platforms. This position reports to the Case Manager Assistant Supervisor.

Knowledge of aging and long-term care services, including the Area Agency on Aging service network. Basic skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Requires ability to work independently and as part of a team under deadlines, including the ability to understand and follow verbal and written direction, conceptualize tasks, and efficiently complete a variety of work assignments as delegated. Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and abilities required in standard office procedures Knowledge of state codes and regulations pertaining to Case Management of community based in-home clients. Proficiency in a second language helpful but not required.

Case Aides must have one year of in-person human services experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent. Experience may be paid or volunteer.
