Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in human services.
• Experience with homelessness, HIV, substance abuse, mental illness, and entitlements.

Responsabilidades

• Advocate for residents and meet with caseload weekly.
• Link clients to providers across health and human services.
• Escort clients to psychiatric/medical care.
• Maintain audit-ready client records.
• Organize and facilitate on/off-site art groups.
• Coordinate art programs and holiday decorations.
• Respect confidentiality and uphold agency Code of Conduct.
• Represent the agency’s mission and values.
