Beth Israel Lahey Health's Danvers Treatment Center is seeking a Case Manager to support detox clients in a 41-bed program. You will handle intake, counseling, and coordination of care with aftercare resources, collaborating with a patient-centered team to ensure safe transitions between levels of care.
The role requires 1+ year in addiction treatment and an Associates or Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field. A valid driver’s license is preferred, with benefits beginning day one.

Danvers Treatment Center is a 41 bed detoxification program dedicated to helping men and women by providing 24 hour nursing care to monitor an individual’s withdrawal from alcohol and/or other drugs and alleviate symptoms. Clients are provided with the medical and emotional support that they need during the one of the most pivotal stages in the recovery process. Services include individual case management and group treatment services focused on assisting the client with accessing step-down levels of care. The Case Manager role is a great opportunity for an individual who wants to advocate for and serve individuals who struggle with addiction within a collaborative, established, patient-centered organization.

$21.77 - $26.54 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
