The Case Manager - Student Assistance Program at Gloucester, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, provides preventive counseling and coordinated services for students. Under supervision, you engage with schools, families, and community partners, delivering outreach, education, and triage support to promote youth wellbeing.
Part-time role (20 hours/week) with afternoon and evening shifts, requiring driving and transportation to outreach sites.

Bachelor Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field; comparable experience will be considered. The individual must have experience and training in working with youth, families and substance use issues. A working knowledge of computers and ability to complete documentation electronically is required. In addition the ability to complete written documentation timely and effectively. Must be able and willing to transport persons served. As such, all qualified candidates must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and reliable vehicle. Travel and an ability to meet persons served in a variety of outreach settings is required.

$22.00 - $26.82 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
