BETH ISRAEL LAHEY HEALTH is seeking a Part Time Case Manager for the Transitional Support Services program. The role supports men in early recovery by coordinating assessments, treatment plans and discharge planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The position requires an education in Human Services (associate or bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of related experience, with a valid driver’s license preferred.

Part Time, 24 Hours- Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 8am-4:30pm
TSS is a program dedicated to helping men by providing short-term residential support services to individuals in early recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction. Clients are provided with the tools they need to begin developing skills of daily living including goal setting, problem solving, and self-advocacy. Services include nursing support, individual case management, group treatment sessions, aftercare planning, and more.

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
