Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social/human services field.
• Minimum 3 years of case management or similar client support experience.
• Proficiency with case management software and virtual communication tools.
• Strong understanding of community resources and social service systems.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage a remote caseload.
