CASE MANAGEMENT

Job Summary:

RN Case Manager-

8:00 am - 4:30pm shift available with rotating weekends working between floors or may be one of the unit case managers.

Also, 12 hours shifts available with rotating weekends in the ER.

Experienced RN Case Managers needed to join this award winning 250+ bed hospital located in the panhandle of Northwest Florida.

This facility offers open heart surgery, an Advanced Primary Stroke Center accredited by the Joint Commission, Chest Pain Center and a Cancer Care Center that is affiliated with UAB and accredited by the Commission on Cancer.

FT, PT, PRN opportunities available.

Qualifications
