Rite of Passage is hiring a Case Manager at Columbus Youth Academy in Tampa, Florida to join a group serving high-risk male youth ages 12-21. The program provides comprehensive care, counseling, and supervision within residential settings.

You will administer case plans, provide individual counseling, and coordinate with families and agencies to support each youth's treatment and education goals. This role offers a structured, supportive environment and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Possess a BA/BS in related field.
• Prior case management experience, including three years with juveniles.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass criminal background check, drug screen and TB test.
• Able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

• Collaborate with other professional staff to meet goals of youth's treatment plan.

Columbus Youth Academy - Secure is comprised residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 12-21. These programs provide services utilizing evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling.

What you will do:As a Case Manager,you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their case load. In this role, the Case Manager collaborates with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan by providing individual counseling and skill development and communicate with families, probation officers, referral agencies, etc. on the progress each youth on your case load. Case Managers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document clinical behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.
