Job summary

Arbor Associates in Westfield, MA seeks a dedicated Case Manager to support individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in Westfield, Springfield, and surrounding communities. This is a full-time temporary role covering a leave of absence, with a daytime Monday–Friday schedule.

You’ll work directly with clients in homes and in the community to build independence, stability, and quality of life, coordinating care, housing, budgeting, and transportation.

About the Role
