Good Shepherd Services in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Case Manager for the East NY Community Benefits Assistance Program. You will screen for benefits, assist with applications and recertifications, help with housing access, and support immigration services and referrals to public benefits agencies.
The role includes collaboration with DYCD-NDA Healthy Families, data entry, and advocacy to improve participant outcomes.

Title: Case Manager, East NY Community Benefits Assistance Program
Reports To: SENIOR PROGRAM DIRECTOR, Community Benefits Assistance Program (CBAP)
Location: 2588 Avenue, Brooklyn, New York 11207
Hours: 35Hours/Week; Non-Exempt (Mon – Fri, 10 AM – 6 PM)
Position Summary: The Case Manager assists participants with a wide array of social services, including screening for appropriate government benefits, application and re-certification assistance for varied services and benefits, accessing affordable housing, applying for citizenship and other immigration services, referrals to public benefits agencies, advocacy for benefits and services, and community outreach to inform about the program’s services. The Case Manager will also work on the DYCD-NDA (Healthy Families) program, providing services similar to those of the CBAP. This is a contract position with an assignment end date of June 31, 2027.
