AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana (Muncie Campus) is seeking a Full Time Case Manager (RN or LPN). The role focuses on coordinating admission and discharge planning, case communications, and ensuring seamless insurance relations within managed care systems.

A valid Indiana RN or LPN license and BLS/ALS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Indiana RN or LPN license.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years of related Case Manager experience.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admission and discharge planning and case communications.
• Oversee insurance relations and reporting within managed care systems.
• Ensure patient rights are maintained and reported appropriately.

AMG Specialty Hospital – Muncie Campus is seeking a Full Time Case Manager (RN, LPN)

The Case Manager’s primary function is to make readily available to the patient, their families and/or significant others, special services in order to facilitate adjustment of these individual’s continuity of care post discharge. The Case Manager oversees the effective coordination of admission and discharges planning, case communications, conferencing, insurance relations and assurance through managed care systems, and verbal and written reporting. Assures regulations regarding patient rights are fulfilled. All candidates must have a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Indiana License in good standing.

Job Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) Indiana License or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Indiana License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ALS certification.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience as a Case Manager.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
