AMG Specialty Hospital - Central Indiana Hancock Campus is seeking a Full Time Case Manager (RN) to help coordinate patient care post-discharge, manage admissions/discharges, and communicate with families and insurers. Indiana RN licensure with good standing, BLS and ALS certifications, and 1–3 years of Case Manager experience are required.

The Case Manager's primary function is to make readily available to the patient, their families and/or significant others, special services in order to facilitate adjustment of these individual's continuity of care post discharge. The Case Manager oversees the effective coordination of admission and discharges planning, case communications, conferencing, insurance relations and assurance through managed care systems, and verbal and written reporting. Assures regulations regarding patient rights are fulfilled. All candidates must have a Registered Nurse (RN) Indiana License in good standing.
