Job summary

Radical Law Firm in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a high-volume caseload in an in-office setting. You will coordinate with clients, adjusters, and medical providers to obtain and organize documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. A paralegal education or certification and experience in personal injury or civil litigation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Florida Notary Commission preferred.
• Associate’s degree or paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Understanding of legal language, pleadings and processes, and other related matters.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google products.

Responsibilities

• Manages about 100 cases under supervisor guidance.
• Communicates daily with clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
• Obtains and prepares insurance documents.
• Initiates claims and collects adjuster information.
• Conducts recorded statements when necessary.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Handles approximately 100 cases under the direction of Supervisor
• Communicates with Clients, Adjuster and Medical providers on a daily basis
• Obtains and prepares insurance documents
• Initiating claims, obtain adjuster information
• Bonus points if you have experience writing Demands.
• Conducts recorded statements, when necessary
• Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Florida Notary Commission, preferred
• Associate’s degree or certification in Paralegal studies, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation
• Understanding of legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
