The ADS Case Manager is a professional-level role responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of student accommodation cases from intake through follow-up. While the role may be physically located at or near the front desk, it is not clerical or administrative in scope. Instead, the position centers on case coordination, student engagement, documentation integrity, and continuity of care.

Time Limited position with benefits. (NS01487P/TL5861) Salary:$50,000.00 – $55,000.00 (Maximum). Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. to12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Able to work evenings and weekends through the year as needed. Able to attend overnight conferences.
