Responsibilities

• Case Management & Student Engagement: be primary contact for students and staff; manage ADS email; schedule initial meetings; track progress in Accommodate.
• Workflow management: handle intake, routing of accommodation requests; maintain compliant case notes.
• Compliance Support: ensure documentation is complete; support service animal processes; escalate complex cases; support audit readiness.
• Outreach and Education: engage with prospective students during tours and orientation; assist with bridge programming.
