Oak Grove Recovery is seeking a Case Manager to join the Sheridan Grove Recovery division. The role supports patients within inpatient and outpatient treatment, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team and community resources.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science (or CADC/TCADC with a BA) and at least 1 year of direct human service experience. It is a full-time role based at our facility in Columbus, OH.
