Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation, healthcare, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in case management, healthcare coordination, revenue cycle, or insurance verification preferred.
• Experience in medical transportation services or EMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, verification, and seamless bed-to-bed patient transports from request to completion.
• Verify insurance benefits, negotiate SCAs, and secure pre-authorizations when required.
• Maintain relationships with customers and partners, supporting renewals and market expansion.
• Collaborate with operations, dispatch, clinical teams, and flight crews to ensure safe, timely transports.
• Support revenue cycle management and provide timely updates to leadership regarding market changes.
