Job summary

Flyreva is seeking an Operations Specialist - CRM in Fort Lauderdale, FL to manage end-to-end coordination of medical transport missions. You will engage clients, drive quotes and conversions, and schedule missions in a 24/7 operations environment.

Collaboration with Aviation, Medical, Maintenance, and Finance teams is essential. The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking across cases, and adherence to regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in inside sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in medical transport, healthcare coordination, or aviation services is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Generate and follow up on transport quotes to drive conversion.
• Schedule and confirm missions in alignment with feasibility.
• Coordinate hospital bed admissions and ensure clinical/logistical requirements.
• Prepare documentation for confirmed missions.
• Maintain ownership of cases from inquiry through follow-up.
• Provide updates to clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Aviation, Medical, Maintenance, and Finance teams.
• Support outbound client engagement and relationship management.
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets.
• Document workflow activity in internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and industry events.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
