Job summary

Housing Works Emergency & Transitional Housing Program (ETH) seeks a Case Management Supervisor to oversee daily case management and housing placement services. You will supervise 3-4 case managers, coordinate quality assurance, and drive care coordination with internal and external partners.

You will work closely with ETH leadership to ensure high-quality services, develop program improvements, and support participants reentering the community after incarceration or other justice involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in social services or related field.
• Master's Degree with NYS LMSW, LCSW or LMHC license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ETH Program case management and housing placement onsite.
• Collaborate with program leaders to implement policies and workflows.
• Ensure access to support services addressing social determinants of health.
• Maintain housing and service plans of care for participants.
• Provide supervision to 3-4 Case Managers onsite; participate in staff recruitment and evaluations.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing trainings for the case management team.
