Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the case management team and foster patient-focused care.
• Develop and implement case management programs including utilization review and resource management.
• Ensure CMS regulations and other laws are followed.
• Collaborate with teams to reduce length of stay and readmissions.
• Conduct clinical documentation reviews for accuracy and reimbursement.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources.
• Drive quality improvement using KPIs and changes to enhance care.
• Mentor staff through training and evaluations.
• Align case management with organizational goals with senior leadership.
• Stay updated on trends in healthcare administration.
