Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO) in Detroit, MI is seeking a Case Management Specialist to provide non-clinical support to Case Managers and clients. The role includes eligibility verification, scheduling visits, data entry, and coordinating with clinics and community services.

The CMS typically supports 5–7 Case Managers, works in-office initially, and becomes eligible for a hybrid schedule after six months. Strong communication and time management are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year minimum experience in clerical, medical, or psychiatric services.
• Experience with high-volume phone lines and customer service.
• Ability to respond to emails and calls professionally and timely.
