Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Associates degree preferred or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Case Managers with patient-related tasks and clinical interventions.
• Support patients, families, and others requesting assistance from Case Management & Social Work Services.
• Assist with special medication fund programs, updating resources, and Medicare messages.
• Move freely about the facility to visit patients and complete tasks.
