LAUKOA is seeking a Case Management Assistant to support the Medical Records and Case Management teams for the Army National Guard. The role focuses on organizing medical documentation, assisting soldiers with records, and providing administrative support for readiness programs.
This full-time contract position operates Monday–Friday with occasional weekends and travel within New York. On-site in Watervliet, NY, with a hourly rate plus a supplement for the first 40 hours each week.

Laukoa is seeking a Case Management Assistant to support the Medical Records and Case Management teams in providing administrative and records support to the State Surgeons Office for the Army National Guard (ARNG). This role helps maintain accurate and accessible medical and dental records, assists service members with obtaining and managing their records, and provides administrative support for medical readiness programs and events. The Case Management Assistant will work closely with Soldiers, medical personnel, and other offices to organize and process medical documentation, research information, respond to inquiries, and support Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) and Medical Readiness Weekend (MRW) activities. This position is well suited for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others and working in a mission-focused environment.
This is a full-time, contract position with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend and in-state travel throughout New York.
