Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. is seeking a Case Coordinator I, EMS to support the Expert Medical Services team. You will assist the care team, verify referral information, and serve as a resource for members and families with timely case updates.

You will manage case data, communicate with physicians, nurses, and leaders, and ensure documentation quality while navigating schedules and priorities for efficient case completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional work environment.
• Proficient in technology including software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Case management (95%) and collaboration with providers to prioritize cases.
• Manage, organize and update case-related information using a case management system.
• Ensure clear, accurate case documentation and evidence of quality checks.
• Collect, process and manage medical records relevant to each case.
• Provide regular case updates to physicians, nurses, members and leaders.
