Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and update case information in the case management system.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and timely updates to physicians, nurses, and members.
• Collect and process medical records relevant to each case.
• Schedule member appointments with internal clinical staff.
• Prepare and deliver member-facing reports and communications.
