A Brief Overview

Partners with Case Managers to develop and administer Panelists' practices. Coordinates case administration and management within the team. Provides support to Case Managers and Panelists, performing administrative, coordination, and program support activities with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

  • Complete tasks efficiently and accurately as directed by Case Managers. Communicate and meet with Case Managers and local managers to discuss case issues.
  • Support Case Managers, clients, and Panelists throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Provide administrative support for Case Managers and Panelists.
  • Develop Case Manager skills to enhance the client experience.
  • Serve as a Case Manager apprentice during mediations and cover when appropriate.
  • Collaborate with Panelists to develop and administer ADR practices, including scheduling, pre-hearing calls, moderating, and interacting with clients and hearings.
  • Review closed cases to assess client satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
  • Perform other duties within a similar scope as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (preferred).
  • 2-4 years in administrative or case management roles (required).
  • 2-4 years in legal and client service roles (plus).
  • 1-3 years for internal candidates in similar positions (required).
  • Proficiency in ADR processes and procedures (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Panelists’ practice preferences in the local Resolution Center (preferred).
  • Proficient in required software programs (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (required).
