Job summary

CNH Industrial seeks a CASE Construction Business Manager in Florida to drive dealer sales and margins. You will build strong dealer relationships, influence decisions, and manage resources to meet customer needs.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with internal teams, and accountability for sales outcomes in a dynamic commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least six (6) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales.
• Associates’ Degree with at least nine (9) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales.
• HS Diploma with at least twelve (12) years of experience in heavy equipment, construction or agricultural sales

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure accountability with indirect team members to achieve consolidated goals.
• Purposeful interaction to build & cultivate relationship with dealers customers (internal/external).
• Create & drive sales strategy for assigned dealer(s).
• Participate in and or drive end use customer activities.
• Deploy resources to meet dealer/customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

The CASE Construction Business Manager is strategically engaged with the key assigned CASE Construction Independent dealers to improve CASE Construction sales volume/margin. Our team is seeking an influential and persuasive individual who has strong financial acumen and customer relations experience.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
