Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with participants, families, and service providers.
• Adhere to Confidentiality, Incident Reporting and HIPAA rules.
• Participate in service plan meetings and problem solving for participants.
• Review service documentation for NYS and Federal Medicaid compliance.
• Perform quality assurance on invoices and staff timesheets.
• Investigate concerns identified by participants, families, staff, or contractors.
• Other duties as assigned.
