Independent Support Services in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support participants and ensure program compliance. You will maintain communication with participants, families, and providers; participate in service plan meetings; review documentation for NYS and Federal Medicaid compliance; and perform quality assurance tasks.
The role requires a bachelor's degree, ideally a master's, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent verbal and written communication;

Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Master’s preferred. Experience in working with individuals with disabilities, case management, quality assurance, compliance driven and investigative experience a plus.
