Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble enclosures and related components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment.
• Inspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and quality.
• Follow assembly processes, procedures, and production schedules.
• Operate material handling equipment and machinery safely.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
• Work overtime when required.
