Responsibilities

  • Assemble automotive components and vehicle systems according to specifications.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and production quality.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming conditions.
  • Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, safety concerns, and quality defects to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with company policies and manufacturing standards.
  • Meet daily production goals, quality requirements, and schedule expectations while working collaboratively with team members.

The Automotive Assembler is responsible for assembling vehicle components and systems according to specifications, safety standards, and production schedules. This role involves working on an assembly line or workstation to ensure high-quality vehicle production.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
  • Basic math and measurement skills preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive assembly, manufacturing, production, assembly line, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality inspections and production standards preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting is beneficial.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and required PPE.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or various shifts as needed.
