Job summary

Staffmark Group in Coopersville, MI is hiring an Automotive Assembler to build vehicle components on an assembly line using hand and power tools. You will follow detailed work instructions and safety standards to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, blueprints, schematics, and safety procedures.
Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive components and vehicle systems according to specifications.
Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and production quality.
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks.
Inspect parts and finished assemblies for defects, quality concerns, or non-conforming conditions.
Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, safety concerns, and quality defects to supervisors.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while complying with company policies and manufacturing standards.
Meet daily production goals, quality requirements, and schedule expectations while working collaboratively with team members.
