Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a hands-on Mechanical Assembler in Vista, CA to assemble parts by hand or with tools, follow instructions, and help keep production moving.

The role offers weekly pay, health/dental/vision/life, 401(k), and a supportive team. A high school diploma or GED is preferred and at least six months of related experience is recommended; training is provided to learn the processes.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Minimum of six months of related manufacturing, assembly, electrical, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics preferred.
• Ability to follow assembly instructions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts by hand or using hand and power tools, with training available.
• Follow instructions to build products accurately.
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with a team to meet production goals.
