Job summary

Amivero, a federal IT services firm, seeks a Case Analyst to support compliance and law-enforcement actions for petitioning and approved institutions. You will conduct open-source research, review petitions in SEVIS, and maintain records in SEVIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365.

This 2–3 day in-office role at Tysons Corner, VA requires strong data collection, administrative support, and clear written communication to provide status updates and guidance on petitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree + 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance and law enforcement actions for petitioning and approved institutions
• Conduct open-source analysis to guide Federal Adjudicative decisions
• Conduct review of Initial, Update, and Recertification Petitions in government database SEVIS
• Update and maintain all records in the government database and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) database
• Collect and record data and develop decision support content, services, or products
• Provide general administrative support for multiple tasks that include but are not limited to meeting preparations and email management support
• Respond to inquiries from the SEVP Response Center to provide status updates and/ or guidance on pending petitions in SEVIS
