Job summary

One Hope United in Illinois seeks a Case Aide to assist IPS case managers and clinicians with case file preparation and maintenance, ensuring alignment with DCFS obligations. You will support intake procedures, CQI, COA, and contract reviews while collaborating across teams to manage client data securely.

The role emphasizes discretion, strong communication, organization, and adaptability in a dynamic, child-focused environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• One year administrative assistant experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Office, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Child Abuse Hotline as directed by the Mandated Reporter Act.
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents, foster caregivers, referring case agencies, and team members.
• Conduct frequent regional and all-state in-person and virtual team meetings with staff, referring case agency and community partners.
• Participates in frequent agency management meetings and work groups.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality of client data.
• Submit expense vouchers and renew driver's licenses and auto insurance as due.
• Support creation and maintenance of program information in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Assist with updating client demographic data in the IPS database.
• Ensure weekly filing of IPS, Mentoring, and FPSS documents in client files.
