Arizona Department of Child Safety (DCS) in Show Low, AZ, is hiring for an Assistant Case Manager - Case Aide. Salary is $17.34 hourly with a closing date of 10/27/2026.

Duties include supporting families under a Case Manager, transporting clients, scheduling services, supervising visits, and coordinating resources. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory 39 month driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Department of Public Safety Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Work history, Central Registry and Public Record will be considered

Responsibilities

• Support children and families under the direction of a Case Manager
• Provide direct services in Department of Child Safety programs
• Transport clients and ensure proper use of child safety seats
• Schedule appointments and coordinate services
• Supervise parent-child visits
• Refer clients to community resources
• Attend court hearings and required meetings
• Document client interactions and activities
• Provide general case management and clerical support
