Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, dependable transportation for children and families to visits, appointments, and services.
• Serve as a consistent, trusted presence for children during travel and supervised interactions.
• Support case management staff by keeping visits, services, and daily activities running smoothly.
• Help children maintain important family connections by facilitating visits and transitions.
• Observe and communicate important information or concerns to supervisors and team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation, visits, and services provided.
