Qualifications

• Requires equivalency of high school graduation and four years related administrative, customer service, or human services experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a human services program may substitute for the experience.
• Related work experience in program or direct service support is desirable and may substitute for the degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and program support to clients.
• Conduct individual and group skill-building sessions and training.
• Respond to intake calls and walk-ins; triage, assess, and coordinate responses.
