What You’ll Do:

  • Be the Champion: Serve as the go-to for clients, being the point of contact for their case management while staying on top of multiple cases in various status.
  • Keep It Buzzing: Stay in touch with clients, delivering updates via phone calls, emails, and text ensuring they’re involved in the process and thrilled with our service.
  • Master the Details: Analyze client account status, proactively gather key documents, and maintain razor-sharp records.
  • Handle the Heat: Tackle complex cases with multiple moving parts like a pro, turning challenges into wins.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Seasoned Pros: 2+ years in tax case management.
  • Pipeline Wizards: Experience with high-volume caseload.
  • Organized Superstars: Stellar time management and a knack for staying on top of everything with attention to detail.
  • Lifelong Learners: Hungry to grow, eager for feedback, and ready to level up.
  • Call Center Guru: Comfortable with high call volumes? That’s a big plus!
  • Soft Skillz: Love to build relationships and can finesse with the best.
  • Type: Full-time, onsite in Irvine, CA
  • Pay: $26.00 per hour + commissions
  • Hours: 40+ per week, over time as needed
